i am a pro(crastinator)

my last sweet day on O'ahu, and have i spent the morning on the beach? have i eaten papaya and avocado and bronzed this pale body a bit more? no. instead, i've spent the whole morning procrastinating (hello, internet and blog) the dreaded task of changing the strings on howard's borrowed guitar. aiyee. any guitarist worth her salt changes the strings without complaint, right? whatever. i've got one and a half strings off and just needed a little break :o).

this fabulous little mountainside hut is the perfect place for procrastination, though. the bookshelf alone could keep me busy for a year. makes me interested to meet the fella who so very simply inhabits this tiny, quaint space. here's a taste of the bookshelf:
