that cool name chart

I love this thing!  Have you seen it?  It's an online chart - a Baby Name Wizard - that lets you see how popular a name is in any given year, and the increase or decrease in popularity of said name.  As you can see, Amy peaked in the 70's...  But there's a tiny increase in popularity during the past 10 years or so.  So fun!

budgeting, light

How long have I wanted to properly budget?  For years.  But have I ever?  Sadly, no.

Thank goodness, Cillian just introduced me to a very cool webtool: mint.com.  Input your bank and credit card accounts - all tres confidential, I am assured by the site and by Cillian, the king of keeping his web identity private - and you get instant feedback in the form of pie graphs, budeting tools, etc.  I now know that I spend more on food than anything else (yikes!) and how my spending compares, month-to-month.  Super cool!
