This past few weeks have been great Alaska summertime fun! Here are pictures of the goings-on and the fabulous people I've been hanging out with.

Erin, Amy and Angela with our gorgeous, nautically themed junior bridesmaid and bride bouquets! We made them (and the other wedding flowers) for Erin's friend Michelle. It was so much fun to hang out with these wonderful women! Below is a close-up of the bride's bouquet (notice the seashells).

Lisa and Amy on the way south to Seward, the place to be in Alaska for 4th of July. We ate yummy food and looked at art, hung out with Erin and Nervis Rex (Justin's fun ska band!), camped out and then went kayaking- my first time out on the real sea. Unfortunately, I did get a little seasick...

Amy and Blake at the Forest Fair in Girdwood, AK, where there are only 3 rules: No dogs, No politics and No religious orders! I truly love the Forest Fair-- there's good art and live music, amazing food and great people, all strewn about a forest of 'snowing' cottonwoods and spruce with mountains and glaciers huddled around. People walk about with magical face paint (done by Annie, who I work with at the flower shop!) and hair-dos, and other hippiebohemian garb. That's the band Sportin Woodies in the background, with Ed (a driver at the flower shop!) in tie-dye...

Blake and his Missoula friends, arguably the coolest people in the entire crowd...
